Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I earned my degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University after nine years of competitive volleyball. My athletic journey led me to bodybuilding, where I earned my IFBB Pro Card in Bikini in 2021. My most valuable education came through personal experience battling gut and hormonal imbalances over the past few years. These challenges became my greatest teachers, sparking a deep passion for helping others facing similar struggles and revealing the crucial connection between optimal health and peak performance.
